Robin is a managing director at Kainos with a focus on maximizing the operational performance of portfolio companies. He is mission oriented and enjoys rolling up his sleeves and working side by side with the management teams of the firm’s partner companies. He is focused on continuous improvement and is a Lean guru and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Prior to joining Kainos in 2017, he worked with Operations Strategy Partners LLC as a principal, providing operational improvement consulting services. Prior to that role, Robin spent 10 years at USC Consulting Group as a Senior Consultant and Senior Project Manager. Robin holds an APICS Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), an important certification for internal supply chain business operations.
Robin holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Long Island University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
When he is not working, Robin enjoys traveling. He has been to over thirty countries, and really enjoys Southeast Asia and Australia. He also enjoys golf and is a weightlifter.
