Mr. Rosen brings over 25 years of investment experience in the food and consumer products sectors to Kainos. Prior to founding Kainos, Mr. Rosen joined Hicks, Muse, Tate and Furst (“HM”) in 1993, where he helped establish and lead the U.S. food and consumer products group. During Mr. Rosen’s tenure at HM, the firm became an active acquirer of food assets. Prior to joining HM, Mr. Rosen was an Associate with The Carlyle Group. Mr. Rosen is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, receiving a B.A. in History, and the Wharton School of Business, receiving a B.S. in Economics.
